About The House
House of Tarraxo was founded in 2023 as the first Tarraxo dance schools in the Netherlands. Created by Ella Tarraxa, The House was built with one clear intention: to offer a place where dancers can truly feel at home.
It is a safe and supportive space where knowledge is shared openly, giving students access to guidance, tools, and information to support their growth.
We believe that every dancer has their own unique journey. This is your dance journey and we are honored to be part of it, guiding you toward your personal goals.

About Ella Tarraxa
Ella grew up in a Christian family, where music, rhythm and movement were always present. In 2019, she started dancing Urban Kizomba at Kizomba Lounge and soon after fell deeply in love with Tarraxo.
Driven by curiosity and passion, she travelled back and forth to countries such as France, Canada, and Spain to deepen her knowledge and understanding of the dance. Through these experiences, she developed her own style and later obtained her teaching certification.
Ella began teaching classes in the Netherlands and in 2023 founded her own dance school, now known as House of Tarraxo.
Rooted in Tarraxo and Afro, her dance flows through Amapiano, hip-hop, and popping influences, creating a grounded, musical expression driven by authenticity.
